Wave was born in 2020 amidst the pandemic of Covid, with a desire to support local health and well-being in and around the south west the concept of building a Yoga centre was born, new yogi's are always welcome.
Our network is made up of individuals who have been hand selected due to their love of the practice and their incredible aura. We didn’t want to restrict our network to Yoga, which is why we have also ensured you have a wide range of styles to choose from too. Wave offers high quality teaching in a number of traditions that focus on the therapeutic benefits of the practice.

Keep an eye on the website as we expand our reach and get yourself signed up to a class in Bedminster, Southville or Long Ashton.
If a yoga class in Bristol isn't for you then you might want to sample a Pilates class? Wave have you covered, our network is growing and we are adding more and more talented and inspiring qualified professional yoga teachers who can offer classes in both North and South of the Avon. We currently have a Teacher who offers classes for expectant mothers and those who are looking to strengthen their core, our vinyasa flows are brought to you by Kerry Miller.
Our vision is to provide high quality yoga classes in Bristol within a studio where students can explore and develop their practice in a safe and friendly environment.
Our skilled teachers are encouraged to bring their own teaching style and voice, allowing for a range of inspirational and authentic experiences. All of our teachers are highly experienced and currently recognised by the British Wheel of Yoga.
If the thought of heading out to try and class at one of the workshops doesn't appeal then you can always try a virtual session with a teacher online. Easier still schedule a time to speak to directly to a teacher or pop into a yoga studio. Our goal is to create a supportive community for both teachers and students.
